Dr. Keith D. Ferrell
Lead Pastor
Keith is a native of Texas and retired US Army Chaplain. He and his wife Heather joined the theCross family in April 2021, having ministered all over the world together. After 26 years of ministry the Ferrell's have brought their love of Jesus and the Church to theCross. Keith is a graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY Excelsior College with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, and Liberty University / Rawlings Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR, 72 hrs), a post-graduate degree (Ed.S.) in Education, and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin). Keith is also the recipient of numerous Graduate certifications and licensures in Pastoral Ministry, Counseling, Trauma and several Marriage Enrichment and Counseling programs.
Pastor Keith believes that 'unity in the body of Christ leads to unity of task and purpose for the Church.' It is with this unity in mind that theCross is beginning a new age of collaboration and outreach to City, State, Nation and World as an Acts 1:8 Church.

Andy Troyer
Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries
Pastor Andy Troyer joined the Cross Church team in September of 2007. He serves as associate pastor, leading our youth (Core Teen Church) and hospitality (First Touch) ministries. Andy is a 2005 graduate from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO and is passionate about leading others into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Andy and his wife, Becky, were married in December 2005 and have two children.
Two of Andy's favorite chapters of the Bible are Romans 12 and Isaiah 40. One of his favorite verses is found in Luke 4:18-19: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.”

Business Administrator
Becky is the 'brains' behind the ministry at theCross. Having graduated Central Bible College in 2005, Becky brings her love of administration and financial management to The Cross and keeps us all on track.
Ryan Ford
Worship Pastor
Ryan is the Music of theCross. Having joined the team in July 2021, he has developed a team that seeks God first by creating opportunities to worship freely and spontaneously.
Tracie Thompson
Office Administrator/Assistant to Lead Pastor
According to Pastor Keith, nothing happens unless Tracie makes it happen. Tracie is integral to the daily operations of the church office.. She and her husband Neil having been members of the Cross family for over 16 years, Tracie has been a part of the office staff for 14 years.

Youth Pastor
Zeph is to Youth as spice is to food! Bringing his love of young people to theCross has been a game changer as kids are growing closer to Christ and loving those around them!
Aprill Ford
Children's Director
April is the glue to a growing and loving children's program that covers birth to 6th Grade. There is not a Sunday or Wednesday that the kids are not learning and having a blast in CrossKids!
